Endeavor Content announced Monday it has hired longtime WarnerMedia executive Tiffany Mayberry as head of diversity, equity and inclusion, a newly created position at the film and television studio.
Mayberry most recently served as Director of Enterprise Inclusion at WarnerMedia. Previously, she was Director of Employee Engagement at Warner Bros. Entertainment and held positions in the legal area of TV production, working on projects such as Big little lies, insecurity and Succession at HBO during his 15 years with the company.
At Endeavor Content, she will be based in Los Angeles and oversee the strategic direction of DCI initiatives and platforms in the studio’s film and television production, international distribution, music and live events divisions, including # initiatives. The company’s ChangeHollywood and Industry Rider. She will also oversee DCI’s internal initiatives for Endeavor Content employees in Los Angeles, New York and London.
She will report to Dr Tasmin Plater, Head of Human Resources at Endeavor Content. In her new role, she will replace Plater with oversight of the Inclusion Audit Committee, the internal working group that develops accountability across the company.
