13 people convicted of OVI offenses by Licking County Municipal Court

NEWARK – The following people have been convicted of misdemeanors by the Licking County Municipal Court. The Advocate publishes sentences for which court costs and costs exceed $ 500 and sentences with jail terms of any kind.

Todd mccarty, 39, from Mount Perry, third OVI offense, $ 1,262 and 365 days in jail including 320 suspended and 730 days probation.

Hubert A. McBride, 25, from Lancaster, threatening, $ 645 and 30 days in prison including 30 suspended sentences and one year of probation.

Eric D. Gilgien, 29, from Hebron, persistent misconduct, $ 478 and 30 days in jail including 27 suspended sentences and a credit for three, and one year of probation.

Kimberlea A. Huston, 57, from Somerset, third OVI offense, $ 1,232.40 and 180 days in jail including 120 suspended and three credit days, and 730 days probation.

Jacob Same, 26, from Heath, persistent damaging / endangering and disorderly criminal behavior, $ 533.05 and 120 days in jail including 120 suspended and two years probation.

Chad Harmon, 49, of Zanesville, gross overload / axle overload and reduced loans / thaw / humidity, $ 594.

Cody A. Satterfield, 30, from Heath, first OVI offense, failure to reinstate, expired display / license plates, inappropriate / forbidden turn, $ 1,009 and 30 days in jail with 27 suspended and credit for three, and one year probation.

Christophe maines, 32, from Newark, robbery, $ 334 and 60 days in jail, 58 of which are suspended and two credit, and one year of probation.

William N. Kidd, 41, from Hebron, assault, attempted theft, criminal damage / endangerment and disorderly conduct, $ 787 and 217 days in jail including 34 suspended and credit of 100.

Betty’s Flowers, 34, from Newark, persistent misconduct, $ 482.25 and 30 days in jail including 29 suspended sentences and credit for one, and one year of probation.

Damien S. Leister, 25, from Newark, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, $ 362 and two days in jail with credit for two.

Hilary jones, 28, of Frazeysburg, pet bans and persistent disorderly conduct, $ 566.45 and 60 days in jail with credit for six.

Jared coey, 26, from Hebron, violates protection order, $ 428.60 and 60 days in jail with 58 suspended sentences and credit for two, and two years of probation.

Shaun W. Nelson, 34, from Newark, damaging / endangering criminal, $ 427 and 90 days in jail including 90 suspended and one year probation.

Devin M. Clay, 28, of Columbus, violates protection order, theft, criminal damage / endangerment and criminal mischief, $ 464.55 and 120 days in jail, 120 of which are suspended.

Cameron C. Landis, 27, from Newark, first OVI offense, driving in marked lanes and inability to maintain control, $ 814.35 and 30 days in jail, 27 of which were suspended and credit for three, and one year of probation.
